Do not buy from this dealer This guys are horrible - complete incompetence. They screwed up everything they did related to a new car purchase. The screwed up the sales /financing contract , they screwed up delivery of the vehicle , they screwed up a repair to the vehicle, they screwed up an accessory parts order. They screwed up the DMV paperwork and them told me I had to drive 100 miles to pickup my plates --- or pay for over night delivery ??? they charged me 500 buck to do DMV paperwork and now they want me to pay another 25 bucks to mail me my plates. Everyone is super nice when you are buying the car and then become completely um-reachable when you have an issue afterwards - emails and calls do not get returned. Do your self a favor and purchase your Nissan somewhere else - and do not allow the service shop to touch your car - they will not fix the problem and will probably cause some kind of damage. In the three weeks I purchased the car I have been back there 5 times - they have no problem wasting your time. More

Wonderful Salespeople and Amazing Deals Buying a new car is not easy especially if you know nothing about cars. I visited many different car dealerships but none of them seemed to satisfy me the way Route 22 Nissan did. Alex Pribula was the only salesman I spoke with who did not pressure me. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient with undecided customers, like me. He provided me with all of the information I needed and made sure I was satisfied. Route 22 Nissan has the best offers in the automobile industry, one of which being the 3 day, 300 mile Policy. It seems impossible but it's all true. First, I bought a Nissan Altima but felt uncomfortable and exchanged it for a Nissan Rogue. There were no questions asked, no hidden fees, and no surprise charges. Route 22 Nissan is by far one of the best dealers. I am extremely happy with my decision. I couldn't expect any better service! Excellent Car-buying Experience I made my appointment with Route 22 Nissan because I was interested in looking at / test driving a 2014 metallic peacock Versa Note and I had noticed I made my appointment with Route 22 Nissan because I was interested in looking at / test driving a 2014 metallic peacock Versa Note and I had noticed that they had several cars in that color listed in their online inventory. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Derrell Patterson, who showed me around, explained that the dealership had a "no haggle policy," that they priced their cars competitively, and that he worked on salary so he was paid the same no matter how much or little he sold the car for. I was skeptical at first, but after test driving the Versa Note SV model I had come in to see and going over the price with Derrell, it became apparent to me that Route 22 Nissan does price their cars competitively. Not only was I able to buy the Versa Note in the color I wanted, but I was able to upgrade to the SL package and adding a spoiler without going over the budget I had set for myself. Derrell and the rest of the Route 22 Nissan folks (Hugh, Nelson and Rich in the service dept who took care of coordinating the spoiler installation) were all friendly and very nice to do business with.
