Look No Further Route 22 Nissan has a no frills one-price policy that cuts out all of the back-and-forth I've encountered at another dealership. I browsed the reviews Route 22 Nissan has a no frills one-price policy that cuts out all of the back-and-forth I've encountered at another dealership. I browsed the reviews online before coming in and everyone kept gushing about Alex. What luck of mine to get him as our sales associate! Let me tell you - he is as awesome as everyone says he is and then some. I mean really, I don't understand how someone can be so darn happy all the time. There was no "schtick"...his warm personality put me at ease and he showed no frustration as I asked a million questions about the 2014 Nissan Rogue. He told me they were flying off the lot (which was true-no funny business to get me to buy) so he wasn't sure if they had what I needed. When we searched the inventory and found that new cars had been delivered, Alex was happier than me! I walked away with the Rogue of my dreams. While my experience was pleasant at Route 22 Nissan, I will express my slight disappointment with the credit portion of the purchase. I came in to purchase my vehicle on Saturday around 3pm and left the dealership about 8:45pm. The amount of time it took to wait for a credit person was ridiculous. When I finally got to see Nelson (who is great at what he does), and began processing my paperwork, the loan company had closed for the day and I had to come back on Monday to finish the transaction. One suggestion would be to either have more people in the credit department, or find a way to simplify the process by having people complete some of the paperwork while they wait. (Did I mention that Alex stayed with me the entire time?!) That man has the patience of Job. Either way, it was the kindness of both Alex and Nelson that made the biggest purchase of my life an experience that I wouldn't mind doing again...and again. More

We went over the dealerships way of doing business, got me a price which included all fees including taxes. The price was right, so we agreed on the deal. The next step was to go see the finance manager. As it turned out everything Anthony told me was EXACTLY what happened in the finance office. Drove off with my new 2014 3.5 Altima SL. When I showed up the blue xterra was there and out the door price was exactly what Rebecca told me it would me. Wil the sales guy was cool and low pressure. Nelson the finance guy quick with the paper work and got me the rate I was wanted There were a few cosmetic flaws on the vehicle when I took possession but Mike and Howard took care of it. Over all I gotta say this was the easiest new car purchased I have gone through in years - everyone stood by their word. More
