I was pleased that they found the problem and solved it. I had a problem with the check engine soon light. Bad experience with new management. First of all I got 3 cars from route 22 Nissan all new. First car Rogue SL white, second car Pathfinder SL black & Murano SL Red. Dana from Rt 22 Niss First of all I got 3 cars from route 22 Nissan all new. First car Rogue SL white, second car Pathfinder SL black & Murano SL Red. Dana from Rt 22 Nissan sent me an email stating that I maybe over my miles & that they need to update there system & that she can help me by getting a new car & avoiding any overage charges. So I said to myself why not. Not realizing this email was to get me was there dealership to sell me. So I tried getting most of everything done on the phone, I even applied on rt 22 Nissan website for finance. Dana told me don't worry will take care of you, I explained to her that I didn't want to go to rt 22 Nissan if I can't get the price I wanted Dana told me don't worry will take care of you. She also wanted me to take to the sales manager called Anthony, he told me that he can't get me into another Murano but he said I was approved for a Rogue SL platinum, I was told that they can help me better if I showed up. So I decided to go & meet with them everything seems promising. I get there & I test drove the Rogue platinum SL then Dana took me to see the Red Rogue she ask me to sit in so I did & noticed its not a platinum that I was told it would be. So I told her lets talk to Anthony to see it he can get another platinum for me he told me no, we not going to do that because we're trying to get rid of all the 2018 models so he asked me what can we do for you to take that car. I asked him can you do better on the price? He told me let me work on it. So he comes back & tells me they have bad news we can give you that car for that price would you like an SV? At this point, I'm very upset. I was told 3 time I was pre-approved by Dana & Anthony for the Rogue platinum SL. This is so unprofessional on there behalf. They had me go all the way to there dealership to try to sell me a cheaper car & they kept asking me for money to put down. I would not recommend rt 22 Nissan to anyone. They would have to make it up to me after what I went threw yesterday. More
