The manager was helpful If I was told that I needed a Tire Rod, when I sent the $1900 dollars in December I would have avoided, time and more money out of pocket! Bad service, cheating customers!! I am not someone who leaves reviews but this time it feels it’s important that I let people know what this place does so no one else get cheated like I am not someone who leaves reviews but this time it feels it’s important that I let people know what this place does so no one else get cheated like me. So I scheduled the car service today at Nissan Route 22. My car is leased from this place. when I reached there I asked that if hey quickly also take a look at my remote start as sometimes it does not seem to work and if there is a problem with that I can come in on a later date to drop the car to get it fixed. They outright refused to even take a look at it saying we are very busy and we cannot look at it at this time and that I should schedule another appointment if I want that to be checked. Another thing, While leasing, It was mentioned multiple times “all our oil changes and basic multi-point inspection is free and it is included as part of your lease”. We were happy to know and obviously I went their the first time for the service, they did it all for free. But when I went today for the second service, they lady by name Crystal came after about 10 mins and mentioned that my tires are not aligned properly and it should be fixed. I asked how much will that be and she said $139. I mentioned I cannot afford it for now and hence I will come another day to get that fixed. The moment I mentioned it she somehow magically came up with a coupon for $40 saying if you do it now, it will be only $99 and I still refused. She went back in. Then I waited for good 45 mins and then she came up with a big invoice of about $48 saying your car is ready and you can pay this and pick up your car. I mentioned that the oils changes are free what am I going for? She said “the oil changes are free provided you take all the other services that are offered at the time of inspection” which technically means that if I agreed to get that tore alignment done for $99 then my oil change will be free. WOW!! Who told me this before, NO-ONE!! Why would I get an oil change done at this place when it costs $18 if I get it done somewhere else, where they just lie and then charge $48 for the same oil change, if I knew? So basically oil changes are NOT FREE. They LIE to you when you go in. Also, remember when I asked them to take a look at my remote start, they mentioned they don’t have time BUT they have time for tire alignment as they will get $99 for the same. HOW EXACTLY?? So after all this communication she again somehow magically provided another coupon and said “with this coupon you will get discount on oil change and now it will be $29.02. So pay that and you can take your car”. So actually they just cheat people. And then when you try to question, magically come coupons appear and that is it. I am 37 weeks pregnant and had a two year old waiting at home so I did not had time to really deal with the situation but when I got time today, I want to write this lengthy review so other people don’t get cheated like I am. It is sad how this dealership works and sad how Nissan just let this happen. If there is someone from Nissan reading this, I would love to hear from them as to what they have to say to this bad service attitude and cheating tactics. I have one more year remaining on my lease and I just cannot wait for it to get over so I get done with them. And I am pretty sure, that there are other hidden things as well which will come up when I return the car but now I know these people but there is nothing much I can do about this. But I do want other people to be aware so they don’t get into any business with this dealership or just be super cautious before dealing with them. Good luck !! More
