Technicians did not know the bleeding procedure for a clutch. They looked up the technical manual and still failed at performing the procedure correctly. They caused the clutch slave to fail completely l clutch. They looked up the technical manual and still failed at performing the procedure correctly. They caused the clutch slave to fail completely leaving us stranded without a vehicle as we were from out of town. Technician launched the car and it almost hit his bench as he started the car in gear to move it out after realizing he could not fix it and made it worse. We still had to pay for job that was unsuccessfully performed. More

I had a great experience with Empire Nissan…. When I arrived I was greeted by Michael Marine who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Trade in obsessed and not keen on repairs of older Nissan trucks. Sasha O. the worst service advisor avoid at all costs.
