Dishonest people. I bought two cars after my cars were totalled from hurricane Sandy. I had to change the tires on both cars after six months and had to change the oil one month after. Had a better experience than 1 yr ago when I did come to try and lease a new Pathfinder. Beverly was sweet, energetic, and very open and personable. She was a straight shooter and did not B.S. me, which I a try and lease a new Pathfinder. Beverly was sweet, energetic, and very open and personable. She was a straight shooter and did not B.S. me, which I appreciated. I am very simillar. I will come back to your Dealership in 3 yrs to return my vehicle and hopefully Beverly is still employed, it would def make me getting an upgrade from my purchase much more enjoyable. Having visited 25+ dealers before Bay Ridge Nissan I can't tell you how discouraged I was in finding a dealer that wasn't shadier than a magnolia tree. From the moment I walked into Bay Ridge Nissan the can't tell you how discouraged I was in finding a dealer that wasn't shadier than a magnolia tree. From the moment I walked into Bay Ridge Nissan the staff pulled out the red carpet and helped me find my perfect vehicle. They listened to what I was looking for and only showed me vehicles that met my criteria. There was no "bait and switch", no showing vehicles that met their profit margin goals without regard to my own needs, and no bs. Mena and Ray were an absolute joy to work with and I will surely be recommending others to Bay Ridge Nissan. More

The experience started off okay. Richard was my salesman and when he started being hard to work with (very pushy, argumentative), Ali stepped in to Save the Day, yet that was too short lived. I wanted a sp and when he started being hard to work with (very pushy, argumentative), Ali stepped in to Save the Day, yet that was too short lived. I wanted a specific car and Ali went to the auction and got it for me. Once the car was at the dealership it went extremely downhill from there. When I went to test drive the car, it had just arrived from the auction, so it was not in good condition. While being rushed into the finance office, I was promised everything would be taken care of, it would be in amazing condition when I came to pick it up, etc. etc. (Issues were - 1 Key, No Mats, No Book, EXTREMELY DIRTY, Key needed new battery, ding on the fender). All of these things were mentioned to Ali, and even before I signed the final paperwork I had Barry call Ali into the office for him to say again that he would take care of everything. When I came to pick up the car (4 days after the original date of pick up due to the snow), it was night time, and 10 degrees out so I was just relieved to have my car to drive home in. I wait 1 hour for Richard to just pull the car around, and it is in horrible condition. Not only was it still dirty, and there was still only 1 key - Richard put a black garage bag on the floor and told me "he did a favor for me" since there were no mats. Then I look in the rear view mirror and someone wrote HELP ME with their finger in the dirt. I told Richard it was unacceptable and that the car hadn't been cleaned. He argued with me AGAIN and told me it was detailed. I left with the car. The next day in the daytime, it was even worse - dirt, dust, you could clearly see the car wast even cleaned on the inside. I call Ali upset and tell him what happened. He tells me bring the car in Tuesday morning and he will take care of it. I arrive Tuesday and Ali is not even there. After waiting 3 hours for my car to be cleaned, I am told that they never prepped it. Keep in mind they charge you either $595 or $995 for dealer prep fees, and they didn't even prep the car. Then they miraculously find the books and the second key They would have kept them if I hadn't gone back and demanded them. So needless to say, for the "good price" it wasn't worth the hassle, the back and forth, the lack of keeping promises. I would expect this from a small unknown car salesman, but not a NIssan Dealership. More
