They were very helpful with getting our insurance and registration set up as well. We waited as they finished detailing the car and Craig kept us posted throughout the day so we knew exactly what was going on. It was a great experience and we will recommend to our friends. More

In passing, we stopped in at Bay Ridge Nissan, the front desk receptionist asked if we had an appointment and although we said no she promptly got someone to assist us! Craige was phenomenal, he deserves employee of the month and year!!! He proceeded to give us a firm handshake, show us around the showroom and show us the two cars that we were interested in. He gave us breathing room and allowed us to speak amongst ourselves and would come back to check in on us and answer all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did not make us feel pressured. Although we did not purchase the car because we wanted it in another color, we will be coming back and certainly buying a car from here when Craige is available. After taking the car for a test drive, and then informing him that we still wanted time to think abouut it before committing he gave us his schedule and encouraged us to come back when we were ready, as we WILL come back. He was FANTASTIC!!! his customer service made a world of a difference. Thats what you call great customer service satisfaction. More

SCAM ALERT i made an appointment to test drive a 2005 honda accord. my appointment was for 3pm. i was not seen for an hour and a half. i was greeted by gino and i made an appointment to test drive a 2005 honda accord. my appointment was for 3pm. i was not seen for an hour and a half. i was greeted by gino and he had to go get the car (that should have been ready when i got there) it took him about 20 minutes and the car he brought out looked nothing like the picture on the site it was covered in dings dents scratches and scuffs, plus it was smoking because it had no radiator cap and the antifreeze was shooting all over the engine.I didnt get to test drive it because of the radiator cap, but my fiancee still wanted it and my mechanic said it looked good they just needed to get a radiator cap. we left a down payment of $500 cash to which we were told if the car didnt meet our expectations we would receive a full refund. when we went home i looked over the site again and found a Base 2007 dodge charger for $5000 more so the next day i called and spoke to gino and told him forget about the honda get the charger ready. he said ok and gave me an appointment for tuesday aug.5th at 4pm. when i got to the dealerhip Gino was not there the woman at the desk called him and he didnt answer so after aboiut 15 minutes they got me steve. i told steve i wanted to see the 2007 charger and he said ok its around the corner someone was looking at it today. he brought it around and it looked amazing. it had 20 or 22 inch rims a custom grill custom tail pipes custom lights and a custom stereo with a bass box. my mechanics looked over it and said it needed a new catalytic converter a few new hoses new filters and possible a new fuel line. steve ali and a few other guys were there when my mechanics told them this. ali assured us the car would be fixed and we would have it saturday. he said we only have the car a week and nothing has been done to it yet. so steve says theyre going to send it to the shop to be taken care of but in order for them to do that i will need to get insurance on the car. i told him that does not make any sense. im not getting insurance on a car i do not own. (GOOD THING I DIDNT) he went and spoke to someone came back and said ok were gonna send it in dont worry about the insurance. he said he would call me before Saturday to update me. i did not receive a call so i called on friday and spoke to steve . he told me he gave the sale back to gino and the car didnt come back yet, to give him til Tomorrow (Saturday aug.9th) at 10am. at 10:30am Saturday i called and asked to speak to Steve. i was put on hold and my phone disconnected so in about a half hour i called Gino. Gino Says oh the car was sold to wholesale it had too much damage we tried calling you this morning. (no one called ) so i told gino im coming for my refund. he said ok. i get to the dealership and im furious. i speak to Richard (the manager) and he didnt know what was going on. he asked gino and gino told him i dont know i guess this is steves customer now. so now ali comes out and says he wants to make it up to me hes got two cars that are nice and are ready to go.he said his mechanics had a hgue list of stuff that was wrong with the charger and it would have cost over $6000 to fix it. my mechanics ask if they could see that list and ali says sure no problem and never gets the list. we take a walk around the block and he shows me an infinity and a maxima. the infinity wasnt my type so i looked at the ready to go maxima and it was missing part of the drivers side mirror. so i asked ali why hes showing me junk he said this is junk? i said yeah bro i was looking at a pimped out charger and you show me this? mind you the charger they supposedly sold because they didnt want to fix it is sitting a few feet away. so we go back in and again ask for the list of damage on the charger and do not get it. richard asks what they showed me and he says i got something for you and its still under warranty ... they bring around a 2011 base model nissan altima with 39000 miles on it. i was told they would fix the cosmetic damage. they failed to mention the drivers side back bumper is smashed. so besides the fact that the only cars they tried to make up for their mistake with were nissans, they were damaged. now after all this im told my refund will be in the form of a check that i may have to wait up to 30 days for. i told richard it doesnt work like that. he said yeah it does no business gives you cash back.i told him i was told i would receive a full refund was not told i had to wait a month and get a check. he told me besides the fact that we dont have $500 cash to give you it says it right on the paper you signed to which i replied i dont care what the paper says if i recorded your employee and brought it to court you would be giving me $500 cash. he had the audacity to say "well you didnt record it and i dont wanna have to go there with you anyway". so what would have happened if i had gotten insurance on the charger like steve told me i had to? in the end i spent about 10 hours in 3 days $50+ on a cab going back and fourth to appointments they were not ready for and now i have to wait for my $500 refund and i still have no car. I was pleased when Gino informed me that Nissan focuses on providing the Customer the best price and that there is no haggling or hidden fees. I truly appreciate Gino taking the time out to answer my all of my questions and concerns throughout this entire buying experience. Even up until the time I picked up the car; it was getting late and time for the Dealership to close, Gino on the other hand kept a pleasant demeanor. He never fussed or complained that it was getting late or had to go home. He made certain that I was taken care of and that I got into my new car safely. More

He took down all my information and got back to me in a couple hours with the vehicle I was looking for. Arrived back at the dealership at our agreed day for pickup and to finalized the deal, couples hours later driving away with the vehicle I want. I live in Queens, there are three major Nissan dealer in Queens but I chose to purchase my Nissan Pathfinder from Bay Ridge Nissan, that should tell you alot. The atomsphere in the dealership is great, every one is friendly and polite. Homepros More
