Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge

Beware of Bayridge Nissan I agreed on a price with one of the sales manager and came in and was told that the car was not available yet (why have it show in stock on your websi I agreed on a price with one of the sales manager and came in and was told that the car was not available yet (why have it show in stock on your website if it is not available?). I made the mistake of putting down a deposit to come pick up the car later. I came in when it was available (1 1/2 weeks later) and was given a price much higher price than the original agreed upon price. Their excuse was that that there were extra accessories on the car that made the price higher (accessories approximatly $300, price hike over $1700). I was told I would get a refund and still have not received it yet in almost 2 weeks. I did some research and apparently, this has happened many times with this dealership. Hopefully I can help a few other buyers from making the same mistake. More

Service with a smile I must say from start to finish the service I got was great. He was helpful and very informative when it came to the car I go which was the Juke sv 2015 awd.
