Everyone was very helpful, Jose Narvaez was my sales rep who did an absolutely amazing job. He was very knowledgable but he also made me feel very comfortable by answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything he was explaining. Jose was also very vigilant with my budget as well as other needs and accommodated them perfectly. Used Car Clowns I saw a used car from Bay Ridge Nissan on line and contacted the dealership by email. Patrick Gu answered my email and set up an appointment to see h I saw a used car from Bay Ridge Nissan on line and contacted the dealership by email. Patrick Gu answered my email and set up an appointment to see him that evening. I arrive at the dealership and Patrick is no where to be found. The car listed on line is no where to be found for that matter. It turns out that the car is in the body shop getting cleaned. Somehow that fact escaped Patrick when he set up the appointment. A salesperson named Jeff Chan said he would call me when the vehicle was ready. A week later Jeff called and I trekked back to the dealership. There were several white streaks on the passenger side which Jeff said was compound. It would get buffed out. Took the car for a short test drive - the "empty" warning light was on. No gasoline in the tank. The floor mats are also filthy. Car seems to drive fine, Jeff said lets talk numbers. I walk around the car. More scratches on the trunk - they'll get buffed out too said Jeff. Then I notice that there is a half inch gap between the passenger door and the lower sill. The door has been bashed in - the lower portion of the door is clearly bent out of shape. The car has almost certainly been in an accident. The Carfax on line was clean, but the damage was obvious. I left. The dealership should have told me the car was in an accident. They shouldn't have wasted my time looking at a car that was in no condition to be sold. Stick to new cars from this dealership, where they can't scam buyers on quality. More

Waited 2 more hours and found car 1 block away unwashed bumper still the same and window not working. I was pissed decided to leave but whole panel door was left open and wires hanging .
