CROOKS FRAUD WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AVOID EMPIRE NISSAN IN ONTARIO CALIFORNIA John Fakhoury Brenda Jimenez.. I purchased a used ford explorer from Empire Nissan 1377 Kettering Ontario Ca. C EMPIRE NISSAN IN ONTARIO CALIFORNIA John Fakhoury Brenda Jimenez.. I purchased a used ford explorer from Empire Nissan 1377 Kettering Ontario Ca. Checked Carfax everything looked ok paid full price for explorer...Took my truck to carwash all the paint on the right side of the truck came off costing me over $6,000 dollars to repair. Transmission engine problems...Was not informed the truck was in a previous accident...Reached out to the General Manager John Fakhoury told him about my experience and what was happening. He said he wanted to put a smile on my face and make things right...Well John Fakhoury disappeared never heard back from him and he was always in a meeting for three months straight. So, I had to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and get advice from a lawyer and made a complaint with the attorney general only then did he return the phone calls. I Told John Fakhoury about the paint coming off the entire right side of the SUV. And to make matters worse I purchased a $4,000 extended service contract warranty which i found out was worth nothing, covered nothing. So I tried to cancel and get refund and was given the runaround by Brenda Jimenez who handles refunds for extended service contracts warranty...Every problem will not be listed with the Carfax report like I learned... John Fakhoury is a conman avoid Empire Nissan at all costs if you have a current extended service contract with Empire Nissan in Ontario California you better call now an ask about cancelling because you are going to pay for it monthly yearly but when you have an issue with your car you will see it covers nothing and want to cancel like I did but then you will meet someone named Brenda Jimenez will stall and xx you and say you have no refund or give you minimal back after tons of voicemails emails and giving you the runaround...STAY AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR SUV OR EXTENDED WARRRANTY SERVICE CONTRACT FROM EMPIRE NISSAN IN ONTARIO CA.
