After pick up, instantly saw that NONE of the promised work had been done, the free fluid checks that they volunteered to do had NOT been done (& rad water /battery waters were too low!). When we called them, the service advisor was indignant.rude, would NOT give explenation of why we were told to pick it up . We relied on better busines bureau good rating to chooose this dealer. But, as with other times, we have learned that those ratings are too often trumped up and VERY WRONG/misleading! Nissan should be made aware of this awful dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
