Joe is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features and he always takes the time to show you how they work. He listens to your needs and does his best to make them happen for you, and he delivers every time. Not only does he deliver, but he is very efficient at what he does. I purchased my first Altima from Joe about 14 years ago, and a Sentra from him about 10 years ago. Just replaced both with 2016-17 models, and had an excellent sales experience with both.
