He always welcomes me with a smile, recognizes me right away. Listens to my requests or concerns. He is careful to make sure my car is running at its best! I talk to him about the services I may need in the future. He has never tried to get me to have a service until it is needed and makes suggestions of a timeline for my service needs! It's always a pleasure to know I am treated respectfully and make me feel that myself and my vehicle are important and running it's best! see you next time Johnathan! More

Once JG and I located a vehicle that suited my wife’s tastes, we received the go-ahead to test drive it over to my wife’s work (Riverside) to get her in-person thumbs up. (We even stopped for lunch)! The GSM (John) is a god-send with a heart the size of Texas and a willingness to actually HELP people as opposed to simply close a deal. Basel (Finance) was efficient and the perfect combination of professionalism and positive personality... and my initial reasoning for purchasing at Empire is in full credit to my being a repeat customer and having a years-long friendship with Service Mgr. Gary Worley! (Go Cowboys!!) Just purchased a 2019 Rogue. Love it!! Thanks guys More

Service Department Review for May 23rd, 2019 On May 23rd, I called the service department and make an appointment for 1:30 was told I would only have to wait for an hour. This is want was told us at the new customers meeting by the sales department. I arrived exactly at 1:30 and asked how long would the service take,. Gary went to ask the mechanics and came back and said 1 and 1/2 hours to 2 hrs. I told him I was told 1 hour and he said basically, too bad, we are busy. I complained to the sales department and one sales person tried to talk to Gary about my situation and he was told by Gary, No way as what would I tell my other customers. I told the sales person thank you but I would go to Metro Nissan in Montclair where I had gone for twenty years and never treated as rudely as I had been treated by Empire. My husband and I will never to to Empire again for sales or service.. More
