Beware They Ruin your Vehicle Took my truck in for an actuator replacement and ended up with a A/C blower unit replacement. First their technician's are not skilled enough to preform the job. They couldn't find the problem and took a week to return the truck. Never did they bother to offer a rental. When the truck was returned, it was damaged with speckles all over the paint broken dashboard parts that they did not assume responsibility for. In all they are very dishonest and don't make themselves accountable for they actions. The service advisor Matt Baker was extremely rude and should not be working there. Called me a liar and a thief. Gary is another one who just covers for his department and tried buying my reviews just to make himself look good on paper. BEWARE! More

John, General Manager is second to none. Had a issue of great severity with a vehicle of ours rendering it to fall into the Worlds Largest Paperweight category. He was amazing, beyond meeting our expectation. Third car purchased at Empire and this just validated why we drive past other dealerships to go to John. Jerry, Service Manager also is a man of true Character, honest and personable. Just want to Thank the both of them for this positive experience. Would recommend them both to anyone. Whether you are there for a key chain or a luxury car with a three-figure price tag you will be treated as family. More
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH GARY WORLEY I took my daughter's car to have them check the axle/ strut checked because she hit a curb and her steering wheel was off. Gary took our information and at first told us that the diagnostic that the other company that we went to was incorrect and that he did not see anything wrong with the car. After several calls ( 8 to be exact!) and hours of waiting to hear from him, he called my daughter to tell her that they needed to change both the struts and arm of the vehicle what would cost her about $1200. We told him that we would not have it done that time since it was too expensive but had the oil change done ( he knew about the service check they were doing when we first took the car in at 8:30 that morning). When we went to pick the car up at about 3:30 or 4 pm, he was so rude in telling us that the car was still in the workshop because " we did not want the repair done" and said he didn't think we would be there that fast. He also wanted to charge us for the ATTEMPT to align the tires. I told him that we are not supposed to for the attempt as it was not actually aligned. He talked to the mechanic about what I told him and made a comment: TYPICAL" about us. After leaving us standing there and ignoring us for the longest, I walked up to him and asked him where our car was and he said it is still in the workshop. I told him we were going to pay for the oil change and needed to go because we were waiting there for a long time and the car was there since 8:30 am. After paying, I asked my daughter to get the quote for the repair from him, when she approached him, he walked away. My daughter was in tears and was so humiliated. I am NEVER going back to your dealership again. More
Came in to see if they had any good deals on cars. We were assisted by June. Definitely a great experience. He was super patient and had gave us several options that actually fit our needs. The numbers were perfect but he not had to run everything through his manager. I thought "Here we go!" He introduces us to Adam. Adam was great to work with. I went in guys office "Ready to negotiate and would not deviate from my offer!" Well, there was no need for all that. Adam low balled me on the price I wanted to offer by a good amount and gave us an amazing interest rate. Did not expect what we got for the amount that was paid. 2020 Nissan Versa at a 2018 price! More
