While the service advisor was attentive and processed my car quickly and the recall service was performed, picking it up was a bit of a challenge. The advisor called to say it was ready and when I went to p car quickly and the recall service was performed, picking it up was a bit of a challenge. The advisor called to say it was ready and when I went to pick it up the cashier did not have paperwork , the advisor was out and I was told to go wait for him to call back. After waiting awhile I went to the advisor office and there was somebody sitting at his desk. I asked about the paperwork and voila it appeared. The guy was helpful and ran it over to the cashier and after waiting in line (again) the cashier didn't recognize me from about 15 minutes before I explained again and she got the paperwork. Hopefully, it was just a bad day (it happens) but I sure do miss my Mercedes Dealer Service Dept. More
