I had a *very bad* experience with this dealer's service department. Paid for control arms and tie rods. Brought my vehicle back to Empire Nissan and was coerced into paying another $500+ for part replacement. Asked for my non-core parts back. They weren't willing to give them. Harassed by the GM and service staff when I tried to negotiate a resolution. GM tried to say I was "overthinking" and my "personality changed" and was very unprofessional. Also believe I was doxed by their staff (look up the penal code if you don't know) who were somehow alluding to personal info about my life outside of the transaction. Just recently learned of the state Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and the right to file a complaint with this organization, and the one I have underway with Nissan corporate. I am also trying to reach out to corporate owners Oremor Automotive Group and its owner Richard Romero which is a run around. 44,000 miles later, I am seeing additional issues with replaced parts. Regret choosing this dealer for my business! Corporate business info in state filing point to yet another company handling complaints and legal activity named Parasec in Sacramento. I'm always treated well by the Service Advisors and personnel at Empire Nissan. They quickly come over once you drive up for service, Then inquire as to your service needs and or questions, give an est personnel at Empire Nissan. Went in with an appointment to fix 2 issues under recall. ..no charge. Job was completed in 90 minutes, and the whole team at Empire was hospitable, friendly and a very nice experience was more than expected. ..no charge. The waiting room is very nice, and the free coffee made fresh from a machine that uses freshly ground beans in its process is a HUGE YUM !!!! Kudos for an awesome experience. More
