After signing the deal, was able to find the car in the color, trim, and package options of my choice within 24 hours. He did a great job coordinating the insurance, payment, and registration information so that everything was ready to go quickly without any long waits. I especially appreciated that he stayed with us past 8PM in the evening after the dealership had long closed to give a thorough walkthrough of the car's features before we left. He never appeared impatient and made sure to stay until all of our questions were answered and we felt completely comfortable with the vehicle. I left feeling welcomed and confident that if I were to return with questions, John would be happy to help. Bought a 2013 Mazda 3 Hatchback a few weeks ago, car had minor damage on window trim. The dealer noticed it before we got there to pick it up and ordered replacement trims at no cost to us. I decided that the car was not uite right for me, but he didn't push it. He did show a car that was specially priced in the showroom, so I took a look, and we talked about the differences vs. the 6. I liked the car overall, but wanted a 2013 with all the bells and whistles and a tan interior. He contacted me next day and uoted an attractive price, consistent with my online research for what I wanted, and added to it. I took the deal and he found just the car I wanted. When I picked it up, all the people involved were courteous and helpful. The finance guy, Mike I. was excellent also. No pressure for ancillary sales that I didn't want, but offerred a good deal for what I did. I took that too, and am happy with my overall experience. More
