not willing to work with you They are very stiff about their prices. Not even willing to take $100 off. They have ridiculous prep fees. I am so glad we got out of this place and went to Huntington Toyota next door and got an awesome deal on a highlander which is a much better quality car. He was not willing to work with us at all. We were also interested in getting a new lease. Oh well they lost a customer who could have got 2 cars. Now we are getting calls saying they will negotiate. Too late for that! More

When I picked up the car Andrew Gavilanes sat in the car with me & walked me thru how to work all the new "gadgets" in the car---I am a total tech dummy, however Andrew was totally understandable in his approach & made it easy to understand how things worked. He was professional & patient with me---An absolute pleasure. Jack & Andrew could not have been more insistent in telling me to call with any question or concern and they really made me feel comfortable & important. They were truly happy & excited for me to get a brand new car for a birthday present from my husband. They went out of their way to wish me luck & Happy Birthday. They made the whole experience absolutely terrific. I have been a Mazda owner for 8 years and I love these cars, after purchasing my last one from a dealership that in my opinion was 2nd rate, I had several services done at my local Mazda dealership. The guys over at Huntington Mazda have treated me with courtesy and respect everytime I've visited, they were always willing to help me and I really appreciate that. I decided to turn in my last vehicle and lease a 2014 CX5, I was thrilled they were able to work with me and get me into the car that I wanted. They were never pushy, they were fair and honest, the process felt genuine. I will continue my business with them in the future, and I hope others will too. Went to the dealership looking for a CX-5, we were able to find one on their back-lot that was exactly what we had wanted. The price was fairly reasonable and we were able to get a good deal on the trade i to find one on their back-lot that was exactly what we had wanted. John was exceptionally helpful and friendly and while there was a hiccup while completing the paperwork (something about their servers going down) ignoring that, the experience was definitely one of the best that I have had at a dealership. My 19 year old daughter & I were looking into leasing a Mazda Miata for her. After phoning a number of dealers in the Huntington/ Smithtown area we ended up at Huntington Mazda. They were the ONLY dealer a Mazda Miata for her. After phoning a number of dealers in the Huntington/ Smithtown area we ended up at Huntington Mazda. They were the ONLY dealer who gave us a realistic monthly number over the phone. Almost all of the others refused to give a number over the phone and one dealer underestimated the monthly number buy at least $100 wasting our time, as well as turning us off! From the minute we met John DeCandia, we felt comfortable. He has a sincere calm, and friendly demeanor. His gentile, soft spoken style won us over. My daughter deals with anxiety and John was the ONLY salesman (of many car makers) that she wanted to do business with, albeit it was also the car of her dreams. We went to Smithtown Mazda right after we left Huntington to price the Mitsubishi (they share a showroom) Before we knew what was happening they were trying everything they could to get us to lease the Mazda Miata from THEM insisting that Huntington gave us a bogus number just to get the sale then when it comes time to sign there were going to be all of these enormous additional fees! We went back to Huntington and told them about the conversation, they reassured us that the number was not only accurate but John & manager Rich sweetened the deal even further! We decided these were the people we WANTED to do business with and leased the Miata 2 days later. My daughter (and I) are thrilled with the entire experience from beginning to the end today when she happily drove her dream car out of the lot! The car was ready as promised. John took his time going over every pertinent detail, including walking my daughter through the servicing aspect of the deal. The rest as they say is history! In closing (finally) I can't say enough good things about everyone we dealt with at Huntington Mazda John DeCandia (our salesman) Rich (the Manager) Mary from finance & the other Mary were all warm, friendly and extremely helpful.
