Extremely happy and got 2 cars (replaced BMW & Honda)! I can't say enough good things about Jack DePalo and the folks at Huntington Mazda. We were forced to look for alternatives to our Honda CRV and BMW X1 as the limited legroom and space in these vehicles has started creating challenges for our tall and growing family. We were elated when we found the 2015 Mazda CX-5. Not only did the CX-5 provide us with the added space and comfort that we needed, but its handling and pickup are amazing! Based on our experience with 5 previous BMWs, we can honestly say that the handling and feel of the CX-5 was more reminiscent of German vs. Japanese engineering, but with more impressive fuel economy and stunning exterior color options (we went with a liquid silver metallic and reflex blue) . We evaluated about 20 Mazda dealerships across 4 states (NY, NJ, CT, PA) in search of the best deal and service. Although a number of these dealerships were located much closer to our NYC home, we were encouraged by Huntington Mazda's stellar reviews on Dealerrater, Edumunds, and other dealer review sites. From the moment we connected with Jack DePalo, the experience was amazing. Jack was extremely thorough, responsive, and most importantly, straightforward and honest. He worked very hard to earn our business, communicated with us around the clock to accommodate our needs and answer our questions, and gave us an amazing deal. Our initial intentions were to purchase 1 CX-5 and 1 Toyota (RAV4, Highlander, or Sienna) - but we were so happy with our experience working with Jack that we landed up buying 2 CX-5s ! John Chong and Mary Pentecost helped us take delivery of our vehicles - both were very courteous and pleasant to work with, exhibiting enormous patience and care. We couldn't be happier with our 2015 AWD CX-5 Tourings and our experience with Jack and the Huntington Mazda team. Although we were originally reluctant to endure the summer Long Island traffic to travel to Huntington Mazda from our home in NYC, we would strongly urge and encourage anyone considering a Mazda, or any vehicle for that matter, to reach out to Jack and his dealership - the experience was worth the trip (to save me time and avoid traffic, Jack and his team even arranged to pick me up from the LIRR station when I took delivery)! They were above and beyond the best dealership we've ever dealt with (we've worked with BMW, Toyota, Honda) and they truly value your business! More

We next went to Huntington Mazda and worked with their team ('Dart' Johnson, Rich Chang, Ahmer Khan, Mary, and Jack Depalo). Every one of them were very helpful, friendly, and straight-forward. After reviewing my son's credit history, they extended a financing offer we would have been stupid to ignore and were also very flexible with a price well below msrp / sticker. The offer was so impressive, I (as a dad) was immediately suspicious. All our concerns quickly abated when we finalized purchase of the vehicle the next evening; Rich and Jack were true to their words with absolutely no 'funny business or bait & switch tactics. REALLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE HERE. We give it our highest recommendation and have passed their business cards to other potential buyers. Thanks Jack, Rich and team for a hassle-free experience. One of the best car purchasing experiences in my life I had to get a new vehicle for my wife for short distance traveling. We were looking at Mazda, Subaru, Nissan and Hyundai and safety was a number one I had to get a new vehicle for my wife for short distance traveling. We were looking at Mazda, Subaru, Nissan and Hyundai and safety was a number one priority and the CX-5 was a good fit. The other dealerships were very aggressive and pushy enough for me to walk away and never return. Huntington Mazda however was quite the opposite. The minute I walked in the door, Diana and Ahmer Khan made me feel comfortable with their friendliness and upbeat attitudes. I wasn't forced to do make hasty decisions. Ahmer Khan was very patient and he took the time to address my concerns and got me some good lease pricing from Richard Chang on various trims of the 2015 CX5. We put down a deposit and returned a few days later to choose the vehicle we wanted, again nothing was rushed, I had to put the refundable deposit though in order to be sure we retained the July 4th sale pricing. We were never rushed or asked to take a vehicle that we did not want (Nissan please learn from this). We chose the touring CX5 in red which was not in stock but they got it in a few days. Ahmer even went to pick us up at home the day the vehicle was ready. The paperwork with the finance manager, Terry was very quick and seamless. Again, they did not push or aggressively sell options to us, in fact they just suggested some things and when we said no, they moved on with a friendly attitude without giving me a nasty look like other dealerships have in the past. Everything was explained perfectly by Terry and we were out the door within an hour. I myself am a luxury car owner and I must say the service at Huntington Mazda beat out all the luxury car dealerships that I have visited in the past. Superb from start to finish. I recommend Huntington Mazda for any person looking to pick up a Mazda vehicle. More

Purchase CX9 2014 Diana was great. Trade in amount was great. Prep on the car was horrible. Took way too long and there were scratches and marks on the car. There also Diana was great. Not what you would expect when you are paying 37K for a car. I had a 4pm appointment and did not get out of the dealer until after 6. I would definitely recommend Diana but sales dept needs to complain about the work done in the prep dept. More
