My experience with Huntington Mazda was excellent. My salesperson, John DeCandia was gracious when I first showed up to test drive the Mazda6. He pointed out all the features and we went for a ride. I decided that the car was not uite right for me, but he didn't push it. He did show a car that was specially priced in the showroom, so I took a look, and we talked about the differences vs. the 6. I liked the car overall, but wanted a 2013 with all the bells and whistles and a tan interior. He contacted me next day and uoted an attractive price, consistent with my online research for what I wanted, and added to it. I took the deal and he found just the car I wanted. When I picked it up, all the people involved were courteous and helpful. The finance guy, Mike I. was excellent also. No pressure for ancillary sales that I didn't want, but offerred a good deal for what I did. I took that too, and am happy with my overall experience. More

This was my first time at Huntington Mazda. I had a great experience. Service team was very accomodating; they were able to fit me in the day I called. I went in to buy a car for my daughter. What could have been a very stressful event was made simple and stress free because of John Decandia. Besides being very sweet, he was so helpful and patient. I have given the above poor rating due to the fact that upon entering the back room to sign the actual paperwork it seemed like they changed the deal we had previously worked on with the sales agent. We were told one thing by the sales person and we received a terrible experience when singing the contract. We ended up paying way more for the vehicle than we originally wanted to pay after we spent nearly an entire day negotiating a good price. We were led to believe that we had factored in zero percent financing and a 500 cash back APR deal, however, we reached the time to sign the contract and that deal was suddenly gone. According to the Mazda USA website, the zero percent financing and the 500 APR could have been included in the same deal...the dealer insisted it was either/or. It is a shame that the dealership did not want to honor this rebate currently offered by Mazda. They kept insisting we were getting a "great deal" and that we had to take the car that day in order to get the "great deal". Additionally, we had a difficult time reaching the original sales person we dealt with. Due to all of this, we will not be purchasing a Mazda ever again in the future. More
