I am glad that he had Brittany help me with the car. He is very knowledgable about the product that he is selling, and at the same time uses direct examples to back up his claims. Usually I can not stand car salesmen, after visiting Honda and Toyota before I purchased my vehicle, I knew for sure that this customer service was the most genuine, kind, and approachable out of all three. After signing the deal, was able to find the car in the color, trim, and package options of my choice within 24 hours. He did a great job coordinating the insurance, payment, and registration information so that everything was ready to go quickly without any long waits. I especially appreciated that he stayed with us past 8PM in the evening after the dealership had long closed to give a thorough walkthrough of the car's features before we left. He never appeared impatient and made sure to stay until all of our questions were answered and we felt completely comfortable with the vehicle. I left feeling welcomed and confident that if I were to return with questions, John would be happy to help. Bought a 2013 Mazda 3 Hatchback a few weeks ago, car had minor damage on window trim. The dealer noticed it before we got there to pick it up and ordered replacement trims at no cost to us.
