I went in to buy a car for my daughter. What could have been a very stressful event was made simple and stress free because of John Decandia. Besides being very sweet, he was so helpful and patient. I have given the above poor rating due to the fact that upon entering the back room to sign the actual paperwork it seemed like they changed the deal we had previously worked on with the sales agent. We were told one thing by the sales person and we received a terrible experience when singing the contract. We ended up paying way more for the vehicle than we originally wanted to pay after we spent nearly an entire day negotiating a good price. We were led to believe that we had factored in zero percent financing and a 500 cash back APR deal, however, we reached the time to sign the contract and that deal was suddenly gone. According to the Mazda USA website, the zero percent financing and the 500 APR could have been included in the same deal...the dealer insisted it was either/or. It is a shame that the dealership did not want to honor this rebate currently offered by Mazda. They kept insisting we were getting a "great deal" and that we had to take the car that day in order to get the "great deal". Additionally, we had a difficult time reaching the original sales person we dealt with. Due to all of this, we will not be purchasing a Mazda ever again in the future. More

VERY pleased all around. First contact was with Mary Pentecoste and she was awesome at emailng and contacting me and getting me to get my foot in the door..Loved her!! I dont have enough words for Micchael Inserillo...I had some difficult financial past and he got me through it with flying colors AND a great rate considering my divorce. They all were extremely personable,knowledgable, thorough and extremely nice to work with. Would DEFINITELY recommend them and if ever needed will use them again.
