Having visited Huntington Mazda twice, earlier in the fall, I returned at the end of October to lease a CX-5, after finding that my Honda lease renewal cost had gone up significantly. And, based upon my research, the Mazda CX-5 was the car I truly wanted to lease. I was paired with John Chong who made my lease experience seamless and pleasant. I had spoken to Jack DiPaolo twice during the fall and he assured me that he would work with me within every realm of possibility to get me into the car I truly wanted. And, he did. I'm so grateful. I love my new Mazda, good gas mileage, fun to drive, great looking. I get the zoom, zoom, zoom catchphrase now. John Chong is extremely knowledgeable about the car(s) he is selling. In fact, I'm embarrassed to say, this was my first lease experience where the salesperson ever actually showed me how to operate the car and use the various features. John spent approx. one hour doing so, and very patiently. He knew the car inside and out. He also followed up twice to determine my level of satisfaction immediately after and to see if I had questions. Nick Guarino handled my paperwork and was very pleasant. The service dept. did an exceptional job. To my surprise, not only was my first oil change free, but they washed my car as well. All this exceptional service happened in an hour's time during my lunch hour from work. I would highly recommend Huntington Mazda when your shopping for your next car or servicing it.
