Nick is the best I went to the dealer three times for services, and I am very happy each time with the services provided and Nick is very helpful. Nick always tries to give me a realistic and good estimate of waiting time, instead of saying "another 15 minutes" five times like I experienced in other car repair center. One time I had to pick up my kids from school and the car needed to be dropped off for more than a couple hours, Nick arranged a loaner car for me which is so considerate. Another time, I had some issues with my brake in the middle of driving and I was so nervous and called Nick. It turned out my brake was fine, but he took my car right in for the mechanic to take a look at and I was very grateful. Nick, thank you for going above and beyond! More

My wife and I visited the dealership when searching for a second car I highly recommend visiting Huntington Mazda when shopping for your next vehicle. My wife and I visited the dealership when searching for a second car. We had to make a decision on a vehicle in roughly a week due to moving and her having a new job making us require two cars. We were promptly greeted by Andrew Gavilanes, who helped us look at both the Mazda3 and Mazda6. We took out both vehicles, and ultimately decided that the Mazda6 was the right choice. We had Andrew run some numbers for us on the lease rates, and left being very sure if was the car for us. The following day, I contacted Andrew to say I was interested in getting the car, and when the soonest is that he could get the car to the dealership in the spec and color we wanted. Andrew was able to get the car to the dealer in less than a day, and we were able to pick it up on Tuesday after having visited first Sunday afternoon. Throughout this process, I was frequently in contact with him and he was able to respond to my questions, requests for more information etc. extremely promptly. Andrew got my new car in on Tuesday morning and was good enough to pick me up from home (a 1 hour round trip) to take delivery of the vehicle. Once i arrived, the whole process through to leaving with the vehicle was fast and easy with non of the upsell pressure, changing of the numbers or other negative things you sometimes hear about from other dealerships. They were even honest enough to let me know that the lower portion of one of the doors had a very minor scratch and that i could schedule a time to come and get it resprayed at no charge. After having the car for several days, I am very happy with the vehicle and the price I paid for it, as well as the overall experience I got from Andrew and the staff at Huntington Mazda. At no point did I feel pressure, coerced or misled during any part of the car buying experience and the staff were very accommodating to my need to get a car in a short period of time. not willing to work with you They are very stiff about their prices. Not even willing to take $100 off. They have ridiculous prep fees. I am so glad we got out of this place and went to Huntington Toyota next door and got an awesome deal on a highlander which is a much better quality car. He was not willing to work with us at all. We were also interested in getting a new lease. Oh well they lost a customer who could have got 2 cars. Now we are getting calls saying they will negotiate. Too late for that! More

When I picked up the car Andrew Gavilanes sat in the car with me & walked me thru how to work all the new "gadgets" in the car---I am a total tech dummy, however Andrew was totally understandable in his approach & made it easy to understand how things worked. He was professional & patient with me---An absolute pleasure. Jack & Andrew could not have been more insistent in telling me to call with any question or concern and they really made me feel comfortable & important. They were truly happy & excited for me to get a brand new car for a birthday present from my husband. They went out of their way to wish me luck & Happy Birthday. They made the whole experience absolutely terrific.
