I had a service appointment today for my CX30 and I must say the entire staff from the valet - Jorge to Brianna the adviser - Robert the technician and Ian the service manager were top notch. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Several employees lied, manipulated me, and wouldn't give me what they promised me. They were rude and disrespectful when I asked for an experienced. Several employees lied, manipulated me, and wouldn't give me what they promised me. I will never get a Mazda again because of how poorly I was treated and I would highly recommend anyone considering a Mazda to stay as far away from this dealership as possible. More
