Richard Chang (manager) will NOT answer or return any of your phone calls, and Jack Depalo (general manager) will give you the run around with added attitude. My brand new car broke down 4 days after I drove it out of the lot, after getting nowhere with the sales department at the dealership, I called Mazda. The Mazda company has very good customer service, and they handled the problem for me. This dealership was recommended to me by a friend, however, she did NOT buy her car at Huntington Mazda; she only uses the service department there. I have to tell you, the service department there was pretty good. I dealt with Nick who was very professional at all times. My recommendation would be, buy your car somewhere else, and if you must, you could try their service department. More

I came out to Huntington from Westchester to make the purchase. James and Jack were helpful in getting the car I wanted that day and also taking my trade in. I drove off in my new car a few hours later and never had such an accommodating experience at a dealership with no hassle. I will highly recommend James S and this dealership. More

David, with whom you will sign, seal and finalize the deal, is outstanding in his knowledge and demeanor. Throughout, I never once felt hurried, pressured or ignored (As at other dealers, once the deal is done - especially at Toyota, Huntington, which was the worst ever. Our experience was fantastic. My Son fould the car with his uncle first. Then he asked us to see it. James S. was fantastic in making the deal. they didn't have the color in stock so with w/ a little help from Manager Jack DePalo we got the next model up for only $20.00 more a month and signed the deal that night. When we went to pick up the car my insurance company didn't send the cards/binder. We called the compnay and they could not help, my son was so dissapointed that he would have to wait for his car (College started Tuesday & he needed to register the car on Monday). However James S. pulled out his magic wand and was able to get the FS-20 and binder and he drove home in his new car. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

This is no nonsense dealership, they were direct and honest to getting the best deal possible customized to the buyers need. James Kim was superb in providing details on the CX-9 we purchased and pulled all the stops to get us the best possible incentives and affordable price to match our budget. I highly recommend this dealership if you want fair and honestly negotiation and car buying experience with no pressure or gimmicks . Be sure to engage sales rep James Kim or his colleagues to get a Mazda where you are in the driver seat. More

Great sales and service! We own one of the first 2013 Mazda CX5’s produced, and we love the car. In March 2015 we saw Mary Pentecost at Huntington Mazda looking for a used or We own one of the first 2013 Mazda CX5’s produced, and we love the car. In March 2015 we saw Mary Pentecost at Huntington Mazda looking for a used or new Mazda to replace one of our old cars. Mary is very knowledgeable. She went through pricing options on used cars, and described all of the detailed engine and feature comparisons between the new Mazdas and our 2013 CX5. This helped us reach a decision to purchase a new 2015 CX5, and we are very happy with that decision. In the past several months we have had a few minor issues with our older 2013 CX5. I found their service department to be very helpful and knowledgeable. In one case they resolved a tire pressure warning light issue right over the phone. In another they fixed a broken plastic bolt and aligned the parts on the wheel hub of my 2013 CX5 for just $12. Recently, we needed to replace the batteries in our 2013 CX5 key fobs. Mary personally brought us to the parts department and stayed with us until the batteries were replaced. With Mary, the “white glove” treatment does not stop with the initial sale, and has extended to our older CX5. Both Mary and the Huntington dealership have permanent and extremely satisfied customers in my wife and I. Their sales and service department are very customer focused and when our 1999 Kia Sephia eventually dies, I know that we will returning customers. More
