I wor Picked up my 3rd Mazda from Huntington Mazda today! As always I'm extremely happy with the experience, the service and my new 2018 Mazda CX5! I worked with James Kim again! He's the BEST! He's meticulous, diligent, professional, patient and knows what he's doing!! James is very straightforward and honest with the sales process & pricing breakdown/structure. Every time I go to a car dealership, I feel like I have to mentally prepare myself for battle. With James and the staff at Huntington Mazda, you never feel that way. The staff is nice and polite, the sales manager and the general manager are no different. Ooh and they have this awesome coffee / latte / macchiato / expresso machine in the waiting area! Vanilla hazelnut latte?? C'mon! What's not to love! Huntington Mazda focuses on the customer's satisfaction and experience which is why I only deal with this dealership. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Also, even if you're not looking for a Mazda, you should still check them out. I believe they have some certified vehicles on the lot. Overall a very positive experience! I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and quick the process of buying a car was at Huntington Mazda. Only reason for 4 starts and not 5 was the extremely pushy finance woman who resorted to using scare tactics to try and sell me the extended warranty, which I clearly stated I did not want.
