Bill Carlucci, who sold me my car is a fantastic human being and a gentleman, sends me birthday and holiday greetings since 2015. Jack DePalo always takes a minute to greet me when I’m there for service. I can’t say enough about his constant energy and how I always see him working hard to run this great dealership. Hesitantly, went to Mazda of Huntington expecting the same sub-par experience and was completely surprised and impressed with the service. My salesman Rolando Chinchilla was warm and friendly from the start looking to establish my needs first and find the best solution, and the GM Jack DePalo was great in making my strict requests happen. There was no hassle and within a day or two I had my new CX-5 and I am in love with it! I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family when in need and I highly recommend it to anyone looking. Don't waste time anywhere else. More

NO AC Purchased a 2009 Acura from you in January, Now NO AC , It will cost me about $1,500 to fix, also had to bring it to Acura for engine Light. Found that turbo charger bypass control valve not getting signal from intake manifold, found sensor line clogged. had to clean out intake manifold and clean line to sensor. Also serpentine belt and drive belt worn out , had to pay to replace belt . Extremely disappointed you did not inspect the car properly, I relied on you to Do Your Job. Belts should Not be worn out and lines should Not be clogged, and of course AC should not Die. More
