On January 9, 2024, I treated myself to a birthday present of a 2010 Jeep Wrangler for $16,684. That was a very happy day unfortunately the next day the check engine light came on the vehicle was boug present of a 2010 Jeep Wrangler for $16,684. That was a very happy day unfortunately the next day the check engine light came on the vehicle was bought back to Empire automotive group in Huntington sat with the vehicle for five hours. They gave me the vehicle back told me everything was golden. They fixed the problem leaving the dealership I made a turn and I received a ticket from the Suffolk County Police Department for equipment. Failure for a directional did not work. Unfortunately I was running late for working and could not go back to the dealership that day. However, my problems did not end there the next day the check engine light came on yet again I contacted the service manager. The service manager told me to bring the vehicle in that following Monday drop it off , they would give me a service loaner and they would take care of the issue. They put me into a 2024 CX five which was an absolutely beautiful vehicle. I fell in love with it instantly almost 2 weeks later I took possession of my Jeep again noticed the left front directional was still not working. I asked him what they did with the vehicle. They told me they cleaned the throttlebody. Did it drive cycle did several drive cycles and the problem has been resolved. They then took the jeep back into the shop, put me into another service loaner for almost another week, I picked my jeep back up now. They told me everything was fixed repaired. I had spoken to a sales manager about taking the vehicle back because I felt that there were problems with it and I was told absolutely no I took the G pump less than 24 hours again the check engine light came back on , the Jeep therefore went back to the dealership again and I raised a stink about taking the jeep back because it was truly a problem they gave me another service loaner to work on the problem of the check engine light before I left a lot I met with a salesman by the name of Dave FYFFE Dave was absolutely great talk to me about getting me out of the jeep that was clearly a problem and putting me into a CX five that I actually fell in love with. I picked out a car came back the next day to cross tees and sign paperwork, but I had still not yet received the title for the Jeep so I had to wait I got confirmation from the DMV the title was in the mail. I went down to sign the paperwork the vehicle I had picked out was gone they sold it , I didn’t posted a bad review they contacted me they found me another vehicle a CX five that was very nice comparable to the one that I liked but at this point I just wanted out of the jeep well they got me out of the jeep. Unfortunately it cost me $4968 to get out of the jeep , I also had to take out over a $10,000 loan to help the problem that the dealership started. They sold me a vehicle that did not pass a New York State inspection. This is clearly a corporate culture problem with the Empire motor group the parts that we needed to correct the check engine light were about $3000 but they charged me almost $5000 to take the vehicle back and now they’re going to end up selling it to somebody else that clearly is going to have the same problems. I do not recommend doing business with the Empire motor group. It is a corporate culture problem where they sell bad cars and adamantly, refuse to step up and fix their mistakes if you have the opportunity to work with David at a different dealership , David appears to be a standup guy More

I had such a great experience at Mazda in Huntington, and the main reason why is because of Sherry! She was AMAZING! She thoroughly answered all my questions, she was understanding, and got me a great price! the main reason why is because of Sherry! She was AMAZING! She thoroughly answered all my questions, she was understanding, and got me a great price! This is now my 7th car I am leasing and the process at times can be stressful. However, Sherry made this process smooth sailing and stress free! I will HIGHLY be recommending Mazda, especially to go in and see Sherry! More
