Zero Stars! Horrible experience!!! Stay far away!,,, After receiving many offers to renew my lease that is expiring soon, made an appointment with Bruce. Wanted to take advantage of the offer to lease a After receiving many offers to renew my lease that is expiring soon, made an appointment with Bruce. Wanted to take advantage of the offer to lease a new CX-5 just like the one I have. Apparently the new ownership is stuck in the past with their sales process. Bruce had to get a price from a manager who then came over to try and seal the deal at almost double the payment I have now. Truth be told, interest rates are at zero and the price of the car has not doubled in the past few years. The manager treated me as though I was a fool which is unacceptable. We have more than one car from here and will not be back. Bruce never even came back to his desk! It’s a shame because the car has been a great value but the new owners and staff obviously do not value a customer.. More
Good Exprience The process took a bit too long when making the deal (2.5 hours) and then 2 more hours completing paperwork on the day we picked up the car. Quick service I waited for my car's service and was in and out in about 40 mins. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room, sitting far from me. After purchasing 4 cars from this dealership in 6 years and being a very satisfied customer one recent horrible service call experience lost this customer for good. Service advisor who was brought in recen and being a very satisfied customer one recent horrible service call experience lost this customer for good. Service advisor who was brought in recently from another local dealer was very dishonest and tried to hit me with a large repair bill for parts and labor costs which turned out not to be necessary and should of been covered under the 3 year 36k warranty. Furthermore the 2 service advisors were very unprofessional and found my frustration with them actually humorous when i asked them questions. This dealership may be under new ownership now which could be the reason for my awful experience from what I understand but they better get their act together fast because word gets around fast around town these days. You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourself Huntington Mazda by finding a way to xxxx off a loyal customer who was ready to purchase another car next month. That obviously won’t happen now. You blew it big time. More

At first yes but now I'm not so sure. At the time of my lease, I truly believe Huntington Mazda went above and beyond. However it's been over a month since my trade-in and it's taken me se At the time of my lease, I truly believe Huntington Mazda went above and beyond. However it's been over a month since my trade-in and it's taken me several phone calls, texts and e-mails to get a hold of someone in regards to the check I'm suppose to receive. Today I was asked to call back on Monday after repeatedly calling with no return call, e-mail or texts. I cannot say enough about my experience at Huntington Mazda. I knew what car I wanted (but was on the fence about color), after texting with Alexandra Levitt, we came to a deal and I headed to the dealership. Her communication was consistent and impressive. Unfortunately my work needed me the next day out of state which meant I threw a wrench in everything and needed the car immediately. Not only did she stay late, she also went out of her way to clean the car as well as stay so kind and calm throughout my pain in the butt. Andrew Gavilnes, the Sales Manager, also stayed late, moved around what I needed but remained so patient and understanding. I look forward to working with them again when my lease is up. I am beyond grateful for their work. Call them immediately! More
