Non negotiable & Unfriendly Manager!! I had a great experience with the salesman Mark, however the manager was extremely rude and very arrogant as he ruined the deal!!! Quality, no nonsense experience. The dealership was attentive and did not keep a good customer waiting--Manager Mike saw to it. I was approached by sales person, Natisha Wallace. When I circled back she was attentive once again and treated me as if I was her only deal. Due to her keeping on it professionally and personally and her ability to deal effectively with Mngr Mike (thank you Mike for making it happen) she inevitablyy clinched the deal. Angel Reyez in finance is a true angel. He was able to iron out one last detail with Mike for this all to happen. Ty!! More
