Bait and Switch I went to Huntington Mazda after I was Email by Ashleigh Asburry that we had a ;30 APPOINTMENT that Saturday. I was there (20 mile drive) at 2:15 PM b I went to Huntington Mazda after I was Email by Ashleigh Asburry that we had a ;30 APPOINTMENT that Saturday. I was there (20 mile drive) at 2:15 PM by 3PM. I ask a salesperson "Where's Ashleigh, we had a @:30 appointment." I went to the counter after he said Ashleigh wasn't there. I went to the information counter and Jason said he would help me. He tells me there is NO GRAY CX5 Signature. He had a Blue Signature that I could test. It was Blue and the Engine light on the dash and no dash lights worked. I went around the block and the drive was poor. It was a USED 2019 car not a NEW 2020 Gray Signature that was in his inventory. I show him the information and said if you can leave a deposit maybe we can get one" I walked out disgusted and complained to Mazda USA. More

You need a car guy in the family someone you can trust, this is him. may not be blood but he will do for you what he would do for his family. he is polite, very well mannered. have your kids go to him he will treat them like his own. not many of them around. keep him in your contacts. Zero Stars! Horrible experience!!! Stay far away!,,, After receiving many offers to renew my lease that is expiring soon, made an appointment with Bruce. Wanted to take advantage of the offer to lease a After receiving many offers to renew my lease that is expiring soon, made an appointment with Bruce. Wanted to take advantage of the offer to lease a new CX-5 just like the one I have. Apparently the new ownership is stuck in the past with their sales process. Bruce had to get a price from a manager who then came over to try and seal the deal at almost double the payment I have now. Truth be told, interest rates are at zero and the price of the car has not doubled in the past few years. The manager treated me as though I was a fool which is unacceptable. We have more than one car from here and will not be back. Bruce never even came back to his desk! It’s a shame because the car has been a great value but the new owners and staff obviously do not value a customer.. More
