I was introduced to Mazda by a co-worker and impressed by their level of quality. I contacted Huntington Mazda and met with Nateshia Wallace. Her professionalism and experience was apparent from the beginnin their level of quality. I contacted Huntington Mazda and met with Nateshia Wallace. Her professionalism and experience was apparent from the beginning. We quickly established the leasing parameters, Nateshia went right to work getting us the deal we wanted on exactly the car we preferred. Nateshia introduced us to Mike Farina and shortly thereafter we closed the deal and left the dealership with our new 2021 Mazda CX-30. When Jack DePalo was the manager this dearlership was great, went there today and it is all new people, was not impressed with management team at all, sales person, Nateshia was helpful she tried, manage great, went there today and it is all new people, was not impressed with management team at all, sales person, Nateshia was helpful she tried, managers did not value that we had leased 5 cars prior, with Jack. I left there not feeling I got the best deal with a trade in that I would of gotten with Jack, no sense of good will to satisfy me as a customer. They did not earn my trust for future buys. More
