Our salesman John B. was professional thorough and gave us all the time we needed to understand and enjoy our new 21 CX 5 grand touring. Meredith the business manager was prompt and respected our time. She presented all products that had quite a bit of value for us to enjoy our purchase for years to come. George P General Manager took the time to come over and congratulate us and give us his card and told us to contact him anytime we need to discuss anything. We highly recommend this dealership and the rest of the Empire group. More
Excellent experience at this dealership! During a crazy time in the car industry, I have spoken to quite a few dealerships that were not accommodating and had insane pricing. Empire Mazda remains extremely fair to their customers during these trying times. I was able to upgrade from my 2019 cx-5 grand touring with ease. I would absolutely recommend Jahvon and Empire Mazda. Trust me, it will be well worth it to give this dealership a shot! I am a happy, satisfied repeat customer at Huntington Mazda. A few days ago, I successfully navigated my way through the process (with lots of help from Empire) to trade in my 2019 CX-3 (with excess mile Mazda. A few days ago, I successfully navigated my way through the process (with lots of help from Empire) to trade in my 2019 CX-3 (with excess miles, and significant wear and tear), and upgrade to a nicer 2021 CX-5. My salesman, Jahvon went way out of his way to make sure I was totally supported during the transactional process, and continues to work diligently on my behalf. He recruited Angel and advocated on my behalf to help ensure that everything went smoothly in a way that helped me feel like a valued customer. They needed to work harder at this unique time in history, when supply lines for all kinds of goods are uneven, especially cars, and I deeply appreciate all that the team to get me situated in my new vehicle in a timely manner. Also, a shout out to Mike Piscopo, the service manager, who went above and beyond in my older CX-3, when it needed service for the single time during my previous 3 year lease. I encourage any one looking for a new vehicle to allow Empire to work diligently on your behalf. They won't let you down! More
Very Pleasant experience. Nateshia was able to find a car and quote a deal within an hour. In the middle of a car inventory shortage.
