It’s even more so when the market is so terrible that cars are going at astronomical prices and cars are selling before they even get to the dealership. For someone who had just recently been in a serious accident, I was forced into a situation that was downright terrifying. Sherry single-handedly turned this bad situation into the best car buying experience of my life. From the first minute I shook her hand, she made me feel comfortable and like I, not the sale, was her priority. Her genuine care and compassion was evident from day one, until the day I drove out in my gorgeous new car. She was patient (truly, a saint for dealing with my indecisiveness), kind, and always put my wants and needs first. She always treated me as a person, not a sale or a lead, and even came in on her day OFF to see me drive away in my new car.
