Good afternoon Mr. Usmanshaf, As per your requests, I have called you several times without success- and left your voice messages. I have also replied to your emails. If you truly care to discuss your less than pleasant experience at My dealership- then kindly reply. My entire staff- from the porters, technicians, salespeople managers etc. have always treated all our guests with the utmost respect. However, we all know that there is many sides to all stories- as the case is with this situation. During these challenging times- all industries are dealing with inventory shortages. I have ensured that we have treated everyone equally with pricing that is fair - we do not change window lablel manufacture's list prices- as you made mention to Sharon and Brandon. Furthermore, all dealers pay the same for the vehicles. My management team along with Sharon (product specialist) have had multiple discussions with you in negotiating the fairest possible deal for you and us. Consequently, a deal was agreed by both parties and you and Brandon shook hands on it. Moreover, you were going to return with the required paperwork and funds- which you did not. You did, however, after some time reach out to Sharon asking for a lower price and Brandon agreed on it . So, you came in on 4/30 - fast forward- you asked for another $50 off per month- which was not possible- you asked to speak to the Manager- Brandon sat with you and Sharon and explained that the price we accepted over the phone was the absolutely lowest. But you kept badgering my staff and making accusations that we are cheating you- and like any manager would do- we informed you that we won't be doing business. Of course, you continued to belittle Brandon and words were exchanged....THE END! Best of luck with you car shopping. GeorgeP/GM

None of this one bit true at all. You have called me during my work hours. Second i never once belittled Brandon, I have made attempts contacting you as well. Twice during the week. Brandon threatened my face on multiple occasions and cursed me out as well. How as General Sales Mqnager, you allow this behavior to transpire. There's always two side's to the story. And the fact you're own management team is lying on what actually occured. Makes me wonder how you didn't do anything to resolve these issues.
