Bunch of liars and incompetent people working there. They lied about the "TAX REBATE" turns out to be a MAZDA REBATE. Lied about the EV miles being 40 - it's actually 20-24 EV miles. Negotiated a deal then didn't apply the MAZDA REBATE after the agreed price. They added the REBATE to the car cost (Increasing it to 71K from 58K). This means I paid TAX on a REBATE I did not get. Their own website lists the car for $659 - they leased it to me at $787. The GM is incompetent also, told me you pay TAXES on a down payments. This is a LIE. Never go there. They just lie, they lied to the BBB. I filed a complaint with the DMV. They created numbers to inflate the cost. IF you look at BOX A on your lease agreement - they use a software that breakdown the "MONEY DUE" into certain lines to equal the amount they want. Mazda Finance has nothing to do with the contract don't call them. This place is a JOKE. I am a few steps away from suing them and contacting the AG office to have them fined for lying, overcharging, bait and switch, and the worst offense, taking away the "reasonable expectation" of any deal that is presented to you. I was in a really bad car accident with a car that I had purchased and had for less than a month. So I needed another car. I told him what car I came to see and a brief description why I was interested in that particular vehicle. Upon seeing the car and test driving it I instantly fell in love and knew that it was the one for me. Unfortunately during the purchasing process we hit a few snags because my previous car was financed and we needed my car insurance company to pay it off being that the accident was a no fault on my behalf. Throughout the process Waled was very supportive and together we got the process done! With this all being said I would highly recommend Empire Mazda of Huntington for your next car purchase, and ask for Waled Zayed. You will not only be greeted with his warm smile, you will first handily see what I’m talking about!!! More

With my experience being subpar at Mazda 112, I came to Empire to see if they had any CX-5s left. There is very limited inventory on this model. I went to Empire and worked with Catherine.
