I visited Empire Mazda on 8/25 looking for a CX 5 for my daughter. The sales associate was very helpful and attentive and had the info on every car in the lot at his fingertips! Once we narrowed it down w daughter. The sales associate was very helpful and attentive and had the info on every car in the lot at his fingertips! Once we narrowed it down we test drove 2 vehicles and made our decision. That is when it all went wrong! After negotiating terms for about an hour we were told that the car could not be sold to us because they did not have the "Paper work". Not even sure that made any sense. We left very frustrated and disappointed. Will probably never visit there again and NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE!!!! More
