This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had, and I am in the auto business for 18 years!!. Lets start with the GSM who didnt give a "F&*K" i was in the business as just a professional courtesy, and I am in the auto business for 18 years!!. Lets start with the GSM who didnt give a "F&*K" i was in the business as just a professional courtesy, 2) Weather mats were supposed to come with the car but none were to be found and we had to come back and pick them up a week later, 3) Apart of the lease agreement dealership was picking up the last 2 payments of my current lease, 1 payment to be made to me bc of timing and 1 to VW, still have not seen a dime over a month later. I have left message for the Finance Director and have literally txt my sales rep every day. 4) I have not received any paperwork from my new leasing company so I called them to find out what was going on an apparently the dealership still owes them paperwork. Noone calls me back. I am beyond Pissed and frustrated and if it takes me writing this review to finally get a phone call from someone then its all worth it. Never ever will I buy a car from this group again! More
