Brought car in for normal service late 2022. Returned loaner very next day. A few years ago, my wife and I decided to lease a Mazda CX-5 after her previous vehicle was wreaked in an unfortunate accident. We test drove several vehicles and we loved the roominess and overall comfort of the Mazda CX-5 so much that I did some research and found a CX-5 in the color my wife wanted. This search led me to Empire Mazda of Huntington. Their entire staff made it so easy for us to get my wife back in to a vehicle that she wanted, that I vowed to our salsperson ( whom has since moved on from Empire Mazda ) that I would return for future purchases. Since then, I have purchased a Mazda CX-30 certified used vehicle with very low mileage. But now that the lease was about to expire on our CX-5 in July of this year, we decided to return to Empire Mazda of Huntington to review our options. Devyn explained to my wife and myself several options. We decided to look into a new lease on a new Mazda CX-50 because our needs are going to be changing in the very near future. Retirement and relocating outside of New York, has us needing the extra cargo room that the CX-50 offered. Devyn was also more than willing to help us in every facet of this process. Unlike other dealerships and salespersons, Devyn never pressured us into making a decision, in fact he expressed to us several times that if we needed to look at other vehicles or needed time to think about the purchase/ lease we could have as much time as we needed. Mazda bought my previous lease and got my wife and I into the new CX-50 which was nicely equipped. My sincerest thanks to Empire Mazda of Huntington's entire staff for providing us with vehicle purchases, leases, and services these past several years. More

I walked into this dealership service department on Friday at 1:00 without an appointment because I needed a new tire. I spent most of my time chatting and laughing with Mike, Ian, Jasmine and Allison, which made the time pass quickly. Got the new tire, and a 360 degree inspection, and a car wash. They do a good job and they guarantee their work. Even tho there is a more convenient Mazda dealer to my home I go out of my way to use Empire Mazda for service, I bought this and a previous car here when it was Huntington Mazda, and it is worth any inconvenience.. I had to get new remotes for my CX-9. They were having difficulty programming the new ones to my car so rather than hold me up longer than have me a loaner. Because of the delay they disc They were having difficulty programming the new ones to my car so rather than hold me up longer than have me a loaner. Because of the delay they discounted the cost of the remotes and the programming, along with the additional service I was having done on the car. It was a several hundred dollar savings. I wasn’t even without my car for 24 hours. Everyone in the service department was very helpful. Lastly, I love the renovations they have made to the service area.
