Terrible experience. Saw a model online, made an appointment online, showed up and vehicle was (miraculously) sold the day before. There was no appointment made as far as they were concerned. It was if I'd just materialized out of thin air. They set me up with a guy who had literally just started that very day, spent the test drive talking about his cocaine habit (wish I was kidding), I felt the transmission slip (pre-owned) and he says I may have hit a pot-hole. (I'm a former mechanic). We get back and he sits me down to start financing paperwork (what), and as we go inside he hits his ratty little vaporizer and that cloud of crap wafts up into my face. I'm there to spend money, I'm ready to make a down payment on the right vehicle and get financing. I sit at this guys table alone for five minutes. I get up, head to the front desk and explain my situation. I explain that the gentleman knows nothing of the vehicle and I need to speak to a seasoned salesperson. The blonde woman at the front defends him, saying "he's been in the car-selling business for 20 years, he's just new here." As if that's supposed to matter to me. I'm here to buy a car, not to get involved of the culture and opinions of the staff. They get me another salesperson. She was alright, but I seemed to be more of an inconvenience to her than someone looking to spend 28k on a used car. Atop this truly wretched experience, as I examine the pricing structure I notice all kinds of insane add on fees, $3000 for "reconditioning". Literally three grand to get the car ready. It's a dealership. The car should be ready. Anyhow, long story short the staff is rotten, the pricing is rotten and I made a deal the next day at another dealer. Empire, if you're reading this don't even respond. I wouldn't take you any more seriously than I was taken. Salesmen talking about cocaine? Slipping transmissions? Forget you. Customers- for the love of god go anywhere else. These positive reviews are probably written by the employees to fill their miserable days. I wouldn't let these people sell me anything, as the test drive made it clear where these commissions and "reconditioning" fees may end up. More

The worst dealership experience I have ever had! I set an appointment for a test drive, and when I arrived, they informed me, that the car, I was supposed to drive, was sold yesterday, and nobody in I set an appointment for a test drive, and when I arrived, they informed me, that the car, I was supposed to drive, was sold yesterday, and nobody informed me of the latter. But instead they wanted me to make a deal for another car without even seeing it, because it wasn't there. Avoid this dealership! More
