She even followed up the next business day by calling my mom to ensure I was happy with everything. That personal touch really meant a lot! Unlike other dealerships that tried to push leasing or more expensive options, Niki respected my budget. She allowed my parents and me to test drive the car and check out all of the safety features. She was always pleasant and patient, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. I’m thrilled with my new Mazda and so grateful for the team who helped make it happen.
