I always have a great experience at Empire Mazda of Huntington. Things are organized, prompt and everything is explained clearly. This particular visit was no different, but there were some added perks that separates this dealership from others. Not only are you waiting in a clean and comfortable waiting area where snacks and warm drinks are available, but to be able to get a complimentary manicure?!?! What an incredible treat! It is incredibly considerate to offer such a lovely thing to customers who are waiting! Mike Piscopo & Brianna Mazzilla were fantastic and beyond helpful as well. Had a terrific experience! Brought car in for normal service late 2022. Returned loaner very next day. Next thing you know we have 425 dollars of charges hit our card a month later and told we owe a fee for a speeding t Returned loaner very next day. Obvious error however this happened in DECEMBER, still no refund for an accounting mistake. DO NOT have anything to do with this dealer. More
A few years ago, my wife and I decided to lease a Mazda CX-5 after her previous vehicle was wreaked in an unfortunate accident. We test drove several vehicles and we loved the roominess and overall comfort CX-5 after her previous vehicle was wreaked in an unfortunate accident. We test drove several vehicles and we loved the roominess and overall comfort of the Mazda CX-5 so much that I did some research and found a CX-5 in the color my wife wanted. This search led me to Empire Mazda of Huntington. Their entire staff made it so easy for us to get my wife back in to a vehicle that she wanted, that I vowed to our salsperson ( whom has since moved on from Empire Mazda ) that I would return for future purchases. Since then, I have purchased a Mazda CX-30 certified used vehicle with very low mileage. But now that the lease was about to expire on our CX-5 in July of this year, we decided to return to Empire Mazda of Huntington to review our options. Devyn explained to my wife and myself several options. We decided to look into a new lease on a new Mazda CX-50 because our needs are going to be changing in the very near future. Retirement and relocating outside of New York, has us needing the extra cargo room that the CX-50 offered. Devyn was also more than willing to help us in every facet of this process. Unlike other dealerships and salespersons, Devyn never pressured us into making a decision, in fact he expressed to us several times that if we needed to look at other vehicles or needed time to think about the purchase/ lease we could have as much time as we needed. Mazda bought my previous lease and got my wife and I into the new CX-50 which was nicely equipped. My sincerest thanks to Empire Mazda of Huntington's entire staff for providing us with vehicle purchases, leases, and services these past several years. More
