Mike Smith was my salesman. He was very professional and catered to all my needs. He went over different options with me and made sure I was comfortable with my decision making. I came in on a Wednesday, he was off on Thursday and still assisted me via cell and by Friday I was back with him purchasing my new Mazda. We ran into an issue with my allstate agent and Mike went above and beyond to contact a friend of his who works for allstate to fix the problem and 1-2-3 he did. Thank you Mike for your patience! Went into the process not knowing what I wanted. Test drove a cx5. We loved the new one after having one since 2013. Ajay was our salesman and we loved him. We loved the sales team and the process was relatively smooth until we got to finance. When we went up we met with Vito, he introduced himself and we sat down in my office. He told us what the monthly payment was which was about 75 dollars higher than we expected. I was shocked and asked for an itemized listing of the charges and so that there was a 3700 charge for a warranty I didn’t ask for. I asked what it was and he told me “everyone gets it. You will be in here every other week paying for repairs if you don’t”. I said it’s a Mazda obviously reliable and I don’t want it. He then said are you sure? Do you want to ask your mom? Very disrespectful and I should’ve walked out when he said this but I didn’t want to throw away the 3 hours we had spent there already. He saw 2 young kids in their 20s and thought he could take advantage of us. We ended up buying the car but I didn’t appreciate being told I needed to ask my mom if I needed a 3700 warranty. Don’t put it on there without telling me, not okay. Won’t go back there for this reason. More
