I went to Empire of Huntington to look at a new CX5. At the door we were greeted by a sales person (who I will not name). He seemed cool and into what he does. We went for a test drive and I loved it. W At the door we were greeted by a sales person (who I will not name). He seemed cool and into what he does. We went for a test drive and I loved it. We went back and we worked out the deal.He told us the price and trade in of my previous car and then it went downhill. After this, it was nothing but headaches. He knew we had to be out at a certain time and could be back early the next morning. He told us the dealership opened at 10 when in fact it opened at 11. When we saw him, he gave us attitude and it felt like we were bothering him when we were asking questions about the car. He then disappeared and we did not see him ever again. We went back the next morning and told Eric what happened (as he helped us the day before too) and he was extremely apologetic and wanted to help us. Eric had Jordan come and assist us after our previous salesman disappeared. Jordan was wonderful and assisted us from there on. Jordan & Eric made the process go so much smoother. They were understanding and extremely apologetic for how we were treated the day before. Jordan took time to go over the car with me and tell me about everything I need to know before leaving the lot. Eric was accommodating and was a BIG help too. Jordan was apologetic the whole time and picked up the missing pieces that we were never told or informed about. I had to go back the following day for another reason and both Jordan and Eric were there greeting me and asking how much I love the car.If buy another Mazda I will go to Jordan and no one else!! Jordan loves what he does and it shows in how he treats his customers. Thanks to Jordan and Eric I was able to leave the stress I had dealt with the day before and leave with a big smile!! More
