I called Huntington Mazda for service because the dealer that I purchased the car from could not get me a loaner car and I knew that there was something seriously wrong with my car that could not wait but I that I purchased the car from could not get me a loaner car and I knew that there was something seriously wrong with my car that could not wait but I was scared to drive it. Because my daughter was back and forth to the hospital I could not be without a car. As soon as I called Huntington Mazda and told them the car was unsafe Rob said he would find me a loaner car somehow and I should come in the next day. They listened to everything I said, looked at the car and called me with exactly what needed to be done. Although I know almost nothing about a car other than how to drive it Nick took the time to explain each and every item that was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. They explained that several of the parts that were needed had to be ordered so it would take several days. They finished the car a day early, did an amazing job including ordering me 2 absolutely useless pieces that had been damaged since I purchased the car but could not seem to get the other dealer to order for me. The customer service was above and beyond any expectation I had of a car dealer. Even the mechanic at the service bay took the time to walk all the way across the lot to show me where I needed to park to drop the car off. When I asked a question about the 2013 and 2014 mazda's someone from service took the time to go out on the showroom floor and explain to me the differences between them. From my first phone call to the dealer until I left with my repaired car the service was professional and exceptional! More

I have had a Lincoln navigator for 12 years, it suddenly died, to expensive to fix that old of a car, so we started our search, we narrowed it down to Toyota, Mazda, and ford. each for various reason. It really came down to the dealership, who was going to be there for us. All the cars had something we wanted but Mazda had a whole team behind it. From the moment we walked in, to the end of my first service with this dealership, we have had nothing but a great experience.Jack was with us from start to finish, his fiance guy(which i am embarrassed i can't remember his name -but he was extremely helpful and caring) and service team. I was in and out within a half hour. Compared to what it took with Lincoln, if this is what is to be expected, i will always bring my car here.One other thing, my wife is in sales and was also impressed with not only the knowledge, friendly attitude, but also notice that not once did this team knock k the competitors down at ALL. In sales that is important, they established a rapport, a knowledge of their products and helpfulness of their financing. she has been leasing Nissan's for over 18 years, she is on her 7th car, she is willing to look at Mazda when her lease is up. Now that says alot of this dealership, I hope to be that kind of person with Mazda. My only regret is that i didnt buy my 2012 Miata MX-5 from them too. To sum it all up and best describe my experience with these guys and dealership they are : Friendly Caring Knowledgable Best prices Honesty and Trustworthy I am thrilled with my 2013 Mazda CX-9 !! Jack is a class act guy who for a General Manager gives you more than the time of the day ans a new car, he gives you "trust in dealer loyalty".... As for your service department, Nick and Robert are the best !! Very accomondating and understanding in getting your car in and out and done right the first time. Each time I'm there for service I've always have been greeted with courtesy and a occasional joke. This friendly atmosphere is what I look for when I really need a "last- minute- forgotten" oil chan been greeted with courtesy and a occasional joke. This friendly atmosphere is what I look for when I really need a "last- minute- forgotten" oil change, a new antenna and a new sensor for my seat. I haven't broken anything in my car.. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted in a very friendly way and made to feel totally comfortable. Brittany was the sales person and the first thing she did after finding out why I was there was to show me the car I was interested in, and she went over all of the features as I sat in the car in the showroom. I didn't have to wander around by myself, looking at the cars on the floor, and not being helped, which is what happened at another dealership that I went to on the same day (not a Mazda dealer). She then took me for a test drive. (The other dealer took me for a test drive, but did very little to explain the car.) Going over prices and options is a bit overwhelming and there are a lot of decisions to be made. Brittany never pressured me to add on anything to the car that I felt I didn't want or need. Once the decision to buy was made and the price was agreed to, the rest of the process was seamless. Brittany made all of the arrangements (insurance, plate transfer, etc) and I drove out of the dealer in the new car that very same day. Amazing! All of the other people that were involved in the sale (helping with pricing and trade in) were also super nice. I never, ever felt uncomfortable from the time I walked in to the time I drove away. We had come into Huntington Mazda looking for a new car for the family. We had already set our sights on the CX-5, so Mr. Chong mostly helped us understand the features in each of the models. He was patient with us and he generally made the process of buying a car smooth and transparent. What I most appreciate about Mr. Chong is his straightforwardness and good humor. He has a lot of opinions about different types and makes of cars besides the CX-5 that he freely shares with you, even if it what he's saying isn't obviously a plug for the car. Certainly, we didn't end up as friends, but I got the sense that he was sensitive to our needs and was willing to give us his best advice. If I had one major criticism, it would be that he approaches buying a car (serious business!) with a little too much levity. Mr. Chong appears to enjoy his job. He is proud to sell Mazdas, and I respect that. More
