Purchase CX9 2014 Diana was great. Trade in amount was great. Prep on the car was horrible. Took way too long and there were scratches and marks on the car. There also Diana was great. Not what you would expect when you are paying 37K for a car. I had a 4pm appointment and did not get out of the dealer until after 6. I would definitely recommend Diana but sales dept needs to complain about the work done in the prep dept. More

Nick always tries to give me a realistic and good estimate of waiting time, instead of saying "another 15 minutes" five times like I experienced in other car repair center. One time I had to pick up my kids from school and the car needed to be dropped off for more than a couple hours, Nick arranged a loaner car for me which is so considerate. Another time, I had some issues with my brake in the middle of driving and I was so nervous and called Nick. It turned out my brake was fine, but he took my car right in for the mechanic to take a look at and I was very grateful. Nick, thank you for going above and beyond! More
