I was looking for a used car and as far as good used cars go they are very difficult to find. I was very concerned about buying a "problem". I was happy to find the sales rep John was knowledgeable not only about the car but its past. I found a 2013 that was a pre-owned Ford Certified, it also gave me the power train warranty for the remainder of $100k mile. John also shared the car fax and previous owner (no accidents) and the pre certified check list right down to the two new front tires to pass certification with more than 50% wear. The car was set up and ready to go on time and John spent plenty of time showing me how to use the electronics. I was also very happy to find out that using the dealer I was eligible for 24 hour roadside assistance. It is also very important to me that I have a face and a phone number, John offered both. I genuinely had a great experience and I love the car. More

first and foremost, don't ever ever go in this dealership for anything! The service is downright awful and the bad attitude from all their representatives seems to be a plague there. Who knows maybe from being disgruntled maybe overworked, but there is no excuse to treating customers so poorly. My father bought a tirecare insurance plan for about a couple of thousand for his Lincoln Mkt. He got a flat tire and took it to Lincoln service center. They claimed an adjuster had to come and review car to okay fixing the flat. We call the insurance co. and they say that's completely untrue. Lincoln service reps only had to send in pictures, which tirecare insurance co. informed their rep Juliana that's what they had to do. Juliana, their rep, doesn't smile and is very confrontational. They kept telling my father they're waiting for an adjuster. They even hung up the phone on my father several times. A week later, and they still have my father's car! A car he needs for work! For a flat? Really? I went with him to pick up the car and they had the audacity to blame insurance co. for their inability to submit pictures to insurance co.. Mind you, a week later this is the first time they offer any excuse. Unbelievable. More

I have been a Ford owner since 1997 and my husband since 2005. Steve is truely an asset to Huntington Ford. The service department in Huntington are also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accomodating. We have been pleased with our experience with Ford. Keep up the good work!! More

I owned a 2004 Ford Escape and was looking to upgrade and decided to do so by leasing my next car. I was referred to John Miolla by a friend of my brother. John was amazing. I had never leased before and he explained the process to me with my best interest in mind. That was in 2011. I leased a 2011 Ford Escape and loved the car. John worked within my budget and put me in a car that offered options I didn't think I could afford. I had visited other dealers and they just saw me as a number or a dumb female and tried to give me the least amount of options for the most money. I presented this background because my lease was coming due and I visited another Ford dealer (Levittown Ford). I didn't know where to go because John was no longer at the previous dealer. I was told that I was a VIP customer and they would present me with a great deal. That great deal was an insult to my intelligence. I decidied to do my homework and track John down. I was happy to find him and more than willing to travel the distance Syosset Ford of Huntington because I knew I would be treated fairly and not taken advantage of. I was pleased with my visit. The receptionist at the front entrance was very pleasant and John once again was amazing. He worked the numbers and was able to get a monthly lease rate that was lower than what I had been paying. I'm happy to say that today I drove out of Syosset Ford of Huntington with a 2014 Escape. It drives beautifully. I love the car and would refer anyone looking for a Ford to visit Syosset Ford of Huntington and speak with John Miolla. They won't regret it. Thank you John. Amelia Montgomery More

My expierence with John Miolla was refreshing to say the least. I explained to John that I had a tight budget he found rebates that helped me keep the expence of my lease down. Now I' am driving a SUV loaded with Navigation system, heated mirrors, remote starter, keyless entry etc etc and most important with in my budget.
