Took my car with appt to have a thumping noise from right front checked out. Exactly 7 days later I returned to pick up my car due to the fact that it hadn't even been looked at yet by a tech and was unable front checked out. Communication throughout the week was extremely poor, left multiple messages requesting an update and received no response. 3 days after car was brought in was first returned call, "didn't look at it yet, need more time" was the response. After 5 full work days of no one taking the time to look at it I needed the car back. Left message for service manager as well but yet to here back from him More

I have been dealing with this his service center since I purchased my 2022 mustang Mach E. When I first received this vehicle there was paint on the inside part of my back windows and my passenger door. The purchased my 2022 mustang Mach E. When I first received this vehicle there was paint on the inside part of my back windows and my passenger door. They took my car in and held it for almost 2 months. I had to call and ask what was going on, no one gave me any updates. They said they were waiting on “parts.” I asked them to give me my car back until the part comes in and this was November of 2022. Here we are end of September 2023. I have called and called spoke to Ricky In service and he gave me the run around saying he’ll call me when it’s in. No phone call ever came. I had to call and leave messages for Ricky and still no phone call back. I finally get him on the phone and it’s the run around again. He says he’ll call me back when he has more info on the part he’s waiting for. Again no phone call ever comes. I then have to call back months later and have to talk to the service Manager Bob who also tells me we will take care of this no problem. A month goes by and still no call. Another month goes by and still no call. I finally call them and I get the run around again. They’ll call me back blah blah blah. The guy who sold me the car Hal calls me in the beginning of August 2023 and asks “how’s the car” I explain to him what’s going on and he says “ no problem I’ll talk to the service department and get back to you” can you guys guess who didn’t get back to me? Lol. This is crazy. I finally call back again end of September and the receptionist who picks up doesn’t get me Bob (service manager) or Ricky and tells me oh don’t worry bob will call you back. I said to her “are you sure because this has been going on for a year now and I’m not so confident that he will” she’s says “no he will.” I asked her if she could just get him now and she hung up on me. All around this place sucks, from receptionist to sales guy to service department. I would never buy another car from this establishment. More
Dishonorable dealership. Don't buy a car or leave a deposit. I left $500 deposit and told I would get money back if I didn't buy the car.
