Professional and courteous. I don't live local, but if I did this would be the dealer I would use to service all my vehicles. It's very easy and straight forward to use the email for approving repairs, and did this would be the dealer I would use to service all my vehicles. Had a scheduled Saturday service appointment after being there 50 minutes the tech came to inform me that they had lost my keys. He then said they could program a new key in about an hour. 1 hour later the there 50 minutes the tech came to inform me that they had lost my keys. He then said they could program a new key in about an hour. 1 hour later the tech returned to say the key didn't work and that was the only one they had and would order a new one that would take 3-5 days. Thank god my wife was with me with her set of keys. So that would mean returning to make another key from 45 minutes away. As we were walking out the door the tech found the keys somewhere in there garage. We left the dealer over 3 hours later and made a stop,now I'm questioning the overall service that I paid for,and looked at my right front tire that had a scratch on the wheel and it was on the right front. I then called the tech and said yes they rotated the tires that I paid for in the service. I told him about the scratch and that my tires were not touched. He said he would check on that. Then I had document's in the rear seat to make copies of and they were stepped on with greasy work shoes beyond use, I'm assuming they were climbing around looking for my lost keys. That Monday I contacted the service manager and told him my experience at his shop, he did apologize and asked what he could do for me. Also said the mechanic told him he didn't rotate the tires because he was to busy looking for the keys. So bottom line is I wouldn't recommend this ford service center to anyone after an all day fiasco. Poor service and irresponsible, charge for work not done. More

Hands down the absolute worst service. There is not enough space to write what xxxx I have been through with this facility. 3 months they had my vehicle, attempted to return it still nit working, damag enough space to write what xxxx I have been through with this facility. 3 months they had my vehicle, attempted to return it still nit working, damaged my hood, "accidentally charging me for the damage" nit giving me my money back. Only for 6 months later to have the vehicle run like crap again and the parts not covered that were the same issues. Only to bring it else where and be told that I was being sold a part that wasn't in need of repair and the actual piece that was part of the orginal replacement has a huge crack in it... yea I will never do business here thats the long story short without all the other details of foolishness going on here More

Had trouble with my F-150. The problem was diagnosed at another service facility, however when I brought it to Empire they actually figured out what the real problem was. Instead of a major problem it was another service facility, however when I brought it to Empire they actually figured out what the real problem was. Instead of a major problem it was a relatively minor repair job. Great to have the problem fixed and was extremely happy that I have my F-150 back in operation. Excellent job. Dealt with Samantha and Emily and they are top shelf in my book. More
