Good people, fast service, fast communications. Car had to be towed I got a call right away from service dept. , explained problem. Told me right away what he thought it was and he was right on. Price was fair, service was fast. I have to say again the personal is great to work with. But the customer(s) have to understand that anything mechanical is subject to failure and a lot do not understand that. Hi 5s to Empire a Ford. I'm satisfied. C-ya. More

Great Experience My visit was for The Works. Jason (I think that was his name - my appt was Friday 2/1 at 12:30 and he was the young man at the counter) at the Servic My visit was for The Works. Jason (I think that was his name - my appt was Friday 2/1 at 12:30 and he was the young man at the counter) at the Service Counter was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The time I waited was as expected. The waiting area is comfortable (and they have M&Ms!!). When my car was done he went down the check list and explained everything. I always leave Empire feeling like a valued customer. We will all continue to have our new Fords from Empire serviced at Empire More
