Works oil change I came in to get a works oil change. It took forever I dropped off my car at 9:30 am and it was not done until almost 11:30 am. Then we I get there th I came in to get a works oil change. It took forever I dropped off my car at 9:30 am and it was not done until almost 11:30 am. Then we I get there they tell me they didn’t rotate my tires because the lug nuts were swollen which is a common problem with the factory lug nuts. Now being a ford dealership and this is a common problem why didn’t you rotate my tires and instead told me to order after market lug nuts. This makes no sense to me. More
Fast and friendly service realized I was over the mileage for an oil change. I stopped into Empire and Deb took the necessary info. And directed me to the waiting area. I struck up a quick conversation with another customer, and hadn’t even finished and the oil change was done. I was back on the road in under a half hour and so glad that I was able to get my vehicle serviced so quickly that I didn’t lose any time from my work day. Major kudos to Deb in service for stellar customer service and amazingly fast turnaround time! More

Rep was VERY helpful and went outside the box to help me!!! Debbie and Adam searched for a warranty that I had on my car that another dealership told me that I did not have, they saved me over $2,000!!!! They were very pleasant, friendly and I did not walk out of there feeling like I had just been taken advantage of... Thank you!!!! P.S. there were a couple of service gentlemen that I came into contact as well, however I did not get their names, but kudo's to the SERVICE team.!!! More

service easy to work with. friendly, service is good, the appointment aspect needs repair or improvement. I would expect to be driving out of there by 9:30 on a simple oil change or something of similar work. More
2011 Edge Not sure if it was the technicians or just the car itself but after loosing my brakes every 6-8 weeks starting in Oct 2018 until present (I just trade Not sure if it was the technicians or just the car itself but after loosing my brakes every 6-8 weeks starting in Oct 2018 until present (I just traded the car in.)Did not feel safe in vehicle or that I was getting expert service. Pleasant enough and lots of explanations but I just don’t know. Started a case file with corporate. Brake booster was first then master cylinder with lines being bleed in between and finally a second master cylinder. Hope Ford figures this problem out for the rest of the Edge owners out there. More
