I bought my car in November an my trani blew 1 month after an now I’m stuck with no veichle while my transmission is on 6 month back order… best part I have warranty an they’re paying for it to be fixed after an now I’m stuck with no veichle while my transmission is on 6 month back order… best part I have warranty an they’re paying for it to be fixed but refuse to put me in a rental only want to reimburse 175 out of 3873.00$ . I don’t no recommend going here. Thankfully I found a lawyer to sue & go for lemon law but it’s not helping me now More

I brought my F150 to Empire Ford Fall River after another Ford dealership had it for 7 days without looking at it. Dropped it off with Matthew Sartini, who by end of day called that it was diagnosed with par Ford dealership had it for 7 days without looking at it. Three days later David Pacheco Service & Parts Director called to say it was all set and ready to pick up. The dealership were I bought my F150 didn't look at it. Empire Ford treated me as a long time customer. That is called Customer service!!! More

I've had service there before when it was Ashley Ford of New Bedford, & every time i brought it in for service when i left there was always something else wrong with it & they would say bring it in will che New Bedford, & every time i brought it in for service when i left there was always something else wrong with it & they would say bring it in will check it out but we have to charge u. So right there i knew it was a scam! They would do something to the vehicle so you would have to bring it back for more service. So I stopped going there after they did this to me 3 x. Now that it changed hands & is Empire Ford of New Bedford with a lot of New Employees i thought it would have changed & be worth it to bring my vehicle back there for service. NOPE I WAS WRONG!! I had it towed there because i needed a new Battery. The vehicle was fine NOTHING was wrong with it WELL after they installed the New Battery which i never got to see what kind it was or get any paperwork on the brand or a warranty on it, they said they would have to re program the computer & everything in there because everything had to be reprogrammed due to the New Battery. That's what they said to ME! Now i get it back & have problems right away. I called them & they told me i have to drive 50 to 100 miles for everything else to be re programmed. Well i did and still have problems with my vehicle & Now there telling me oh a Battery Change wouldn't do that u had problems already which i did not. Then telling me to bring it back But they have to Charge Me!!! See there doing what the other company would do u bring it in they do something else to the vehicle so u have to bring it back so they can charge more money from u. Stay Away From Empire Ford of New Bedford Service Department. I warned U!!!! More
