Last minute fit-in I called first thing in the morning to come in for possible water in the deisel fuel system. They agreed to replace the fuel filter, but wouldn't have I called first thing in the morning to come in for possible water in the deisel fuel system. They agreed to replace the fuel filter, but wouldn't have time for anything deeper than that. That alone is outstanding! I have been told by other dealerships that I'd have to wait 1-2 weeks to get that service. When finished, the light was still on, and they agreed to take it back in to test the fuel for water. It turned out to be a bad sensor, which they didn't stock I travel the country, so never can make appointments, and always have to try and fit it. Debbie went the extra mile to help me get back on my way, and I appreciate that! More

Biggest Christmas present ever This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle which I’ve done 5 previous times. From the minute I walked in I was given honest informati This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle which I’ve done 5 previous times. From the minute I walked in I was given honest information by the 2 gentleman Fitzy and Kevin. No beating around the bush. I told them what I could afford and they showed me a truck that I was sure it was impossible to get for what I could afford. To me it was here we go again. I fall in love with this Brand new truck and I’ll be told in 5 mins we’ll you need to put more down, can’t give you that for your trade but can do it but only for this. That’s not what happened. After speaking to the finance department I was told I was getting even a better deal than I asked for. I told my wife trust me this ain’t going to happen there will be some sort of stipulation. In fact I was wrong I left that day with the truck of my dreams. Meg from the finance worked tirelessly to make sure I was given the best APR and warranties. The GM of the company could not have been more compassionate for the situation I was in with my other my current truck which is what I use fior my business and how my family depends on me and I need a truck today to keep going. The sales manager at the time also did whatever he could do to get me what I needed and more. It’s been 9 days since I bought it and they have called several times just to check in and see how it is going. I am still in disbelief of the truck I was able to get and the price I got it for. I WILL NEVER purchase a vehicle anywhere else. When I told my family and friends for sure they too did not believe me until they showed them my paperwork. To me it seems like a miracle. In Reality it is not it’s just that I chose the right dealer that stuck to their word from the second I walked in. We all know your probably thinking I’ve been there, have a relative who works there etc etc. facts are never even knew the place existed until i drove by it on my hunt for a truck I had to have to keep biz going that day and all the others I stopped at started off with no problem I can get you in that when in fact they couldn’t and didn’t. I can’t that them enough. Because of them my families Christmas is going to be better than I thought as the deal was unreal. I felt and still feel as though I won the lottery that day!! Thank you for your service and being informative, honest and from the salesman to the sales manager to the finance lady and GM on working all day to ensure they stuck to their word. There is such thing out there as honest caring car dealers and it’s called Empire ford of New Bedford. More
